Hi, My name is Tim Dunn and I was traveling on my Moto Guzzi Griso from Ohio to Carbondale to meet some family for a 75th birthday party for my brother in law. When i got to Marion I stopped to get fuel and heard a klunk. I checked out the bike and found that I was missing a front brake caliper bolt! Yikes! I repositioned the caliper and retightened the remaining bolt but obviously that was not going to get me back to Ohio. Down the road I saw a Yamaha sign and just pulled in . I went in to find out it was no longer a motorcycle shop but was being converted to a power equipment shop. I figured I was not going to get a spare bolt, however.. Kelly asked me what I needed and while they no longer had a motorcycle parts department, they did still have an old bin of leftover motorcycle bolts whick Kelly let me go through and there was just one bolt that was close enough to lock the caliper into place. It wasn't perfect but it got me back on the road. I got back to Ohio yesterday because Kelly and Oasis helped my out! I can't thank Kelly and Oasis enough! Thanks again for helping me get back home!

Best motorcycle buying experience ever, from 240 miles away. I found the bike I wanted on their website, and I initiated contact. Heather Webb called me early the next morning. (I had tried that online approach with two or three dealers closer to home with delayed or zero response.) Shortly after hearing from Heather, I heard from Kirby Beal. We were straight forward with each other and reached a deal shortly thereafter. I expressed my concerns about driving 240 miles, having the bike ready when I arrived, and ensuring no mileage on the bike. I walked in, shook hands with Kirby, and loaded the bike on the trailer, which was fully prepped and had my requested centerstand installed. Shannon Frayser in Finance was prepared and helpful as we considered an extended warranty, which I purchased (4-year). The deal that Kirby and I made allowed me to be able to afford the extended warranty. I highly recommed Heather, Kirby, Shannon, and Oasis Powersports.
